Description
A progressive rune that grants a swiftness buff to the caster, increasing movement speed for a duration. Cast 'creare velocitas' to create a Common rune. Upgrade by saying 'creare velocitas [tier]' with the previous rune in your backpack. Conversion rate: 50% (minimum 10 charges). Tiers scale from Common (ML 1, +30% Speed for 20 min) up to the mythic Divinus (ML 600, +120% Speed for 70 min).
